The idea that there is some huge conspiracy to pretend this game is good makes no sense given how badly Lair, Haze and other important exclusives that were not in fact good were savaged. It is possible one reviewer might be turned, but the idea that hundreds of reviewers would be turned all at once is just silly. It's not like the random IGN guy has the capacity to fake the graphics in the video review to make them SEEM like the best of the generation (the same can be said about all the other aspects that make Killzone 2 seemingly the best shooter on consoles since Call of Duty 4).

It seems like every hour we are subjected to a new Sony is Doomed thread or article posted by some hack claiming to be a "games journalist" and you think that all of these publications are now in the tank for Sony?

Let me break it to you gently, the Sony is doing well or the Killzone 2 is a great game articles don't drive hits to websites. Nothing drives hits like bad news or failure. Why do you think you can still find some idiot that thinks the Wii is a fad or that Nintendo is in some trouble? Not because it is true, but because it drives web traffic.
