Nintendo will never allow games to be able to be played without the disk in the drive due to piracy, unless you download the full game or if the disk is able to be re written by the disk drive.

HD graphics will come next generation, as will more memory space. Online will also be improved but remember that Nintendo always has something that needs improvement in their console, whether that's intentioal or not is for a different topic..

This is what I meant.  I just would like the option to put certain games on a hard drive like Wii fit and Mario Kart so that I could play them on the fly through a channel.  I just know that I would play them a lot more if I had this option.

Pirates would love that too...

Some sort of storage solution would be nice.

I understand that, but I think surely Nintendo could come up with a way to store titles with some protection.  Maybe if they would release their own storage device that would not transfer files to PCs.  I don't know just thought this would be a cool option as it would make playing title like Mario Kart and Wii fit easier and quicker to get to.

Nobody else has been able to figure out how to do it. And the Wii is hackable as it is, you can get Quake 1 on there or any other old school game if you know what you're doing.
