I'm not quite sure what haters you guys are referring to. If there was any dominant non-pro-Killzone 2 people, it would be ones who merely suggested that caution should be exercised when hyping the game, which, I will say, was incredibly hyped by many well before it was justified to do so.

I'm kinda sad that KZ2 is almost here. Kameo, Too Human, Alan Wake, Duke Nukem Forever.......what long in development game do I have left now? 2009 will pretty much give us everything.

Warhawk turned out to be good.....then uncharted came

Warhawk did kind of start the good games for the PS3

Ohh, don't worry, I'm sure at least two of those will eventually get delayed again. It's inevitable.

I'll give my two cents here.

For three long years, the 360 fanboys bashed this game at every opportunity. Guerilla sucks, Killzone sucked, the gameplay sucks, the AI sucks, that's just a PlayStation magazine, they were moneyhatted, ...

That "..." represents there being no valid arguments left. Like I mentioned in another thread, I don't think any game this gen has gotten more hate than Killzone 2. Maybe MGS4, but that gets inhuman amounts of love as well.

 

Are you serious no game gets as much hate as Halo 3 despite it getting great reviews, selling great, having amazing legs and constantly being one of the most played games on xbox live. Fanboys will bash anything and to use that as your argument for Killzone 2 being a comeback story then you have a very weak argument.

There are fanboy haters everywhere of promising games; this one is no exception, but it wasn't the whole world that was against it (or anything near it).
It's quite fine to be happy with such a massively good game; I'd be too. However, the issue hand is a different matter.
