On the fill achievements you have to pass them all on a certain speed for each achievement. On the left you'll notice you can change the speeds to about 4 different levels. This is the description for the hardest fill achievement "Completed all fills at 100 BPM or higher or half of the fills at 180 BPM or higher". Personally on all of them, I went for half the fills at a higher speed because there were a few I couldn't do slower initially.

For more umulats all you have to do is make your own band logo and save it.

For flawless guitar solo, you need to use one of the Rock Band specific controls and only press the small solo buttons and do it perfectly. Find a song with a really short solo or one with a lot of the same notes played and it should be easy. I forgot which song I used myself.

yeah i had the whole thing set at 180 bpm and  got over half in each one, and did each different fill twice just to make sure before i changed the fill, but i didn't get any of those achievements.  Does each fill end eventually or did i do it right by changing the fill every couple of times?

For the band logo i don't even know where to go to make it.

And for flawless i did exactly that multiple times but never got it.

Are the achievements glitching for me or am i just doing them wrong?

Well on the fills you can see exactly which ones you've done at what speed because they become permanently colored once you do them at a certain speed.  You just need to look through each one. 

On the solo, you can't use the strum bar at all.  If you did a solo tapping the buttons 100% I don't know why it didn't work. 

For the band logo, you go into your band profile, click A so "band logo" gets highlighted then hit A again and you can design your logo.

Like the gamercards addition, although to make it a bit cleaner, mainly due to BrainBoxLTD and Erikers amount of plats, perhaps make the game pics next to the gamercards run 4 rows horizontal instead of 2 rows vertical.

 ha ha ha, Sega Megadrive ultimate collection and street fighter IV came out at the same time, what can i say?

Also finished off spidey: web of shadows which helped a lot.
