We all now that the Wii is the perfect console for old school point & click adventure games. Unfortunately only Zack & Wiki has taken the time to creat a new and unique adventure game that is not a re-release like the Agatha games, Sam&Max and Tunguska.

I belive that Broken Sword Dierctors Cut will be awsome and hope it selles well so we will see more point&click games,  new and remakes.

What Advenure games would you like to see on the Wii?

Monkey Island Duh.

Aren't Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People Episodes 1-5 point and click adventures? you can buy all 5 for like $50, so that would make a second game.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

What adventure I would like to see on Wii? Grim Fandango, as it´s the only LucasArts adventure (besides Monkey Island 4, which was already ported to PS2 years ago), that I can´t play on PC via ScummVM.

But let´s forget LA, they won´t port any classics, let alone develop new p&c adventures (I´m sure the new Indy game will be an action adventure).

Regarding newer adventures: Similar to DS, only Japanese developers will develop p&c adventures directly for the Wii (see Z&W, Another Code). I hope an Ace Attorney episode will be done some day for the Wii.

Unlike Japanese companies, western developers will always use the PC as their development system for this genre and we will see more decent ports on Wii with Sam & Max 2, Runaway 3 and others already announced. I hope nice games like Jack Keane and A Vampyre Story will be ported as well, but don´t except western p&c companies to choose the Wii as their original development platform.

Point and clicks are kerploding on the Wii. Sam & Max season 2 is already announced and Wallace & Gromit is likely coming as well. Also, the Runaway series.

I'm afraid to ask for more. I don't want them all to crowd each other out.
