The Maw - LOVE IT! Buying the full game when I can afford it.

Seems like the top 10 360 games are set with a new game popping in once in a while. We'll probably see Fallout 3 reenter the top 10 with the new DLC.

What the hell is the Maw? I've never heard about this game before, but now I'm quite interested in it, seeing how it's above Castle Crashers..

It's just too hard to have a game with high enough clout to get high on that X360 top-10 list. All of the top 5 games are most likely seeing 300,000-500,000 users per week, if not more. That many users online is insane.

The Maw did very well. I have it at 10,000 units in it's first 3 days, but I believe that may be low - leaderboards reported very high numbers vs. what I have.

Stickball, the #2 game posted these numbers for the past 24 hours:

• Matches Logged (Last 24 Hours):
  1,668,702

So #1 is doing at least that much.  No telling about #3-#10.  And I doubt those 759,065 players play everyday so you are looking at at least 1,000,000 Halo 3 unique players a week.

I'm kind of surprised actually with WaW taking 1st. I've been playing H3 alot lately and it seems to have gotten a nice uptick in popularity since the holidays. I guess CoD has as well (obviously) since it took the top spot but I wouldn't be surprised to see these 2 flip flopping for a while.

I'm also curious as to how the tracking will go down once ODST launches. For all intents and purposes it will be using the H3 multiplayer system but take place under a different retail disc.
