Snagged it first thing this morning, but I'm playing a new character and I'm not sure what is the proper level to attempt this mission. I only just hit level 6.

Hip hip hooray. Can I get this even though I am not a gold subscriber? Also I don't want to go to a store to get Microsoft points and I don't want to pay for more points than I need. If I log on to Xbox Live can I just use my credit card to pay for either the DLC or for exactly 800 points?

Also I assume this DLC corrects that fatal flaw where the game ends when you finish it. Does this mean you can now use that super doopa laser gun the head of the enclave has?

Silver Members can purchase content from the store.

xbl does not allow for payments of that size.  The cards very from region to region, so i dont know what yours specifically are.  (i think they might be 1000 or 1200)

the content that allows you to play after the ending is not this one.
