Forums - Gaming - I buy too many games. Do you?

I'm willing to bet that my local Zellers doesn't (it sucks), but I'll check it out in case I'm wrong.

On topic, yes, I buy too many games, and yet not enough. Looking at your monster list makes me feel better about my habit, though. ;)

I think it's a nationwide promotion, though I'm not certain.  Every one of those games was $15 or less (and most were from Zellers).

Based on several of your recent posts, I've come to the conclusion that you don't even like games.  What are you doing here?  ;)

Me who just got crucified for preferring games to girls, you're funny. I probably spend more time playing games than you. It's just that the time is concentrated on a few of them due to $$$ constraints.

In truth, I'm sure most people on here spend more time playing games than I do, which makes the number of games I buy that much more ridiculous.  Blah.  :P

Actually, scratch that: Fire Emblem was $19.89 at EB Games.  That's the sole exception, though.

I"ll agree there, I tend to buy more games than I actually have time to play. I am so backlogged on games right now it isn't even funny. I'm slowly working my way through the backlog right now, but I doubt I ever will catch up >_

Well I have had my ps3 for a little under a year and I have bought 15 games but I have beat all of them. So I would say Iam averaging about 1 game a month, couple months are 2 games but meh, I would say iam about average for a gamer. I would say hardcore gamers are probably averaging 3 games a month and casuals are probably 1 game every 3 months.

My PSN Name is:  EvilChronos    add me if u want :)

END OF GENERATION PREDICTIONS  "9-21-08"

PS3=130M     360=90M     Wii=120M     DS=130M     PSP=70M

Other Prediction: The PS3 will overtake the 360 XMAS of 09  "9-21-08"

So, according to your scale, where does 17 games in one day put me?  :)

When I'm in a videogame store, it is not me who's buying all the games.
It's the games that buy me (by borrowing my money!!)

They like me and I need to take care of them : /
