Singleplayer ALWAYS looks better than mutiplayer, and even the beta looked better than those shots.

Jus tlook at the texutres on the friggin crates (of all tings) in the following scene:

It looks that good despite the fugly jgp compression (a 720p shot in only 110kb? geez).

And the above are all based on the review code, and not anything from E3 or prior, like the shots you posted.

Heh, most of those pictures are way too small to figure out anything from them. Look how great Halo (original one) looks,

I would say it looks like real. :D

That's becuase you didn't acutllay look at all the pictures in the links.  After the gifs in the first link, there were shots at something like 580x1030.  And the second link had 720p shots.  The third link was to a 720p shot.

And those shots you posted were from E3.  They were with the initial multiplayer shots released:

And I don't see any problems with the new shots you posted (they are also from that french site, like the ones in my second link), aside from fugly compression.

Screw it, I'll post the pics here so you have to see them. Keep in mind that they're all from direct feed gameplay videos recorded by various websites with review builds. They're as accurate as you can get.

Compression isn't the thing whats 'wrong' with them, is it? ;)

"Most" of them were not tiny by any means.

And yes, compression it the only thing that's wrong with them. They look great otherwise.

You're getting annoying. It's clear what you agenda is here. I usually try to reason with trolls, but it never works.

They don't look as good as they 'should' look. Didn't this game have even better graphics than crysis?! And no I am not trying to troll. Just trying to bring reason into this thread just like I did with bullshots from gears 2.

When you lower the resolution of screenshots enough it will make even old 3D games from 90's look good. Heres nice example:

See the ground and wall. It makes my mouth go like :O. Gears of war 2 must be the most beautiful game there is! (/sarcasm , if you didn't get it)
