Post grad I want to apply my comp sci BS for a CO in the US mil.  However, I have to choose a path.  Should I do Army or Air Force or should I forgo this for gov't intel or private sector (ie. game industry).  Thanks.  Any CO input (ret) or not is greatly appreciated.

My parents always told me to go into Air Force if I went into the military because they get the nicest bases and facilities. And this is coming from a Captain in the Navy and a Colonel in the Marines.

Marine Corps. nuff said. I'm going to OCS this summer, see you there.

Isn't all the boo-rah! about joining the marines? In any case I wouldn't join the army at all if I were you.. you might soon see yourself fighting a bad war for questionable purposes. Though I suppose they'll stuff you full of propaganda and make you think your doing god's work.

It is hoo-rah for Marines.  In any case, ? ur CO and they will PT ur ass.  Propaganda doesn't exist in the military, only Uncle Sam's good intentions  I always liked the NSA, btw.

Go Navy or Marines. Fight pirates like you dreamed as a kid..... or join them ;)

I've had several extended family members in the military, as well as a dad in the air force, and all of them say

Air Force>>>>>>>Army

You should join the Merchant Marine.

Coast guard or chair force.

Of course I'm incredibly lazy so I'm not sure if easy is what you prefer.
