there are 2 towns on the side of a mountain, one town is higher up on the face of the mountain, but both towns are higher.

how is this possible

nope, one is physically at a higher altitude than the other.

One is physically higher than the other town. The lower town got depressed, and smoked some pot, so now they're both "high."
