Correlation does not imply causation, unless they can come up with a plausible mechanism as to how this could happen. 10% difference in that sample size may not be statistically significant. Also, gamers (and drug users) are not just university students: are 5-year-old or 80-year-old gamers more likely than their peers to take drugs?
Finally, including all games as one in the study is misleading - I doubt Animal Crossing would increase drug use, but there may be a case for GTA causing it.
