I hope the world never sees Ballmer's Final Smash.

Xbox 360 & PS3 sales combined usually outsell the Wii, and 360 sells more 3rd party software than Wii & PS3 combined, so add PS3 sales to 360 sales and MS/Sony would DOMINATE!

Hiroshi Yamauchi, owner of Nintendo, told Steve Ballmer to "kiss his tiny yellow balls" when MS tried to buy Nintendo. So I doubt you will ever see any MS and Nintendo alliance.

who said that in the next generation nintendo will win it could easily be sony or microsoft you can't predict that far in the futur, without knowing what each console will offer in terms of hardware and games and their price.
If Sony and Microsoft combine that would solidify the hardcore to one platform. But the Wii demographic is much different so it would not defeat them.
Nintendo combining with either Sony or Microsoft would kill the company out of the alliance. Simply because it would unify gaming onto a single platform for hardcore and casuals. Take Microsoft or Sony's hardware, put wiimote, hardercore AAA games, Mario and Zelda on the box and that's the end of console wars.
