my PS3 completed more than 10 months and I had a small technical problem with inserting a disk since month ago
because my young bro insert 5 disks at the same time

i took it to sony then they told me the problem can not be solved and give me a new one, even though it's working very well axcept the way it swallow the disk which was bothering me !

Hah, this, bar PSP... I don't have one.

My PS consoles never failed me. Rock solid stuff.

Source on what?  My coworker not being covered a week after warranty?  If you don't believe me why do I not think you still wouldn't believe me if I had a random new account come on here and say the same thing?

I have to say they were awesome for me as well. I was well out of warranty when I called telling them the caddy for my HDD was useless after I messed up the screws after botching an upgrade.

They just sent me a new one for free.

they fixed my lens out of warranty =D.
well retail warranty but on their warranty it was going to expire a month away.

and they are honest, i didn't know ps3 sold before were gray market ps3s. (bought in the US import and sold for more).

but they start selling 80gb ps3 next month over here.



Good, this really flies in the face of the abuse microsofts customer services has been receiving lately
