Forums - Nintendo - Anybody else annoyed by "wii" in most game title for the wii?

after seeing essa-petteri sig...Im embarrassed i own one.

Only 2 of the 15 games I own have 'Wii' in the title. And I feel that would be like faulting the Super Nintendo or N64 games games for having 'Super' or 'N64' on everything. Which now, everyone praises many of those games. Super Castlevania IV. Harvest Moon 64. Super Street Fighter II. etc

Six upcoming games you should look into:

Looks like the OP has an issue with the naming conventions. Why not go talk to a PR guy for it?

I hope they use "Wii" more in the titles, just so we can taste more tears.

Achievement is its own reward, pride only obscures.

HATING OPHELIA- Coming soon from Markosia Comics!

Don't forget how every second game for the SNES was called Super whatever. They still do that though. Just proves how epic the Snes was i suppose.

Answer to the question... no... I usually don't get annoyed by game titles...

But if I had to, I would get annoyed by he abuse of "Final Fantasy" brand inn almost each and every Squenix game (crappy and/or not).

It's that way so it's more parents proof, 'cause sometimes, the kid is asking for the DS version(or GB whichever) then the parents go out and get a Wii one cause they don't know anything about games and vise versa, makes sense.

Wow but Calling a Game Metal Gear Solid 1, 2 ,3 and 4 is much more creative? Or Halo 1 , 2 and 3

I do not really see how you can get annoyed by Wii in games name lol.
