No it wouldn't bother me, not in the sl... never mind... It would bother me because then I'd have to get an Xbox360 in order to get the games that may be good but devs think *HD or bust* and they will only appear on the Xbox360... to which I am flabbergasted that anyone would buy something that could blow up on you.

It's like buying a jar a nitroglycerin that sais: "shake well before opening." Oh well Microsoft can walk on water for that one.

Anyway no I probably wouldn't care if all the games it would of gotten would appear somewhere else, I firmly believe though that Microsoft should of gone software instead of making their own platform, they know how to make some kick as games, and their dev teams are passionate about what they make, they have some good guys over there.

I'm Unamerica and you can too.

Not really... as long as Team Ico lives!

It's hard enough to predict how things would be with the big three staying in the console race, so I naturally I have no idea how Sony's absence would affect the industry. If they were replaced, and things kept chugging along as normal... that'd be fine with me.

They're neutral to me now, though when I was younger I sort of thought of them as the "enemy" - them being the only conglomerate corporation doing business in the videogaming world. It just seemed... unpure. Probably why I went absolutely crazy over the Dreamcast, even though I liked Nintendo more than Sega. I prefer a videogame company to have control of the market.

Not as long as they became software developers.

I need my HSG. :P

Well that would really suck since that PS1 was my first console. So if it leaves the console, it'll be such a shame...

I love Sony consoles, don't get me wrong, but what I love more about them, PS1 and PS2 especially, is the software library.

But, then, we would be left with MS and Nintendo, which would suck ass.

Well, I would be stuck with MS for the kind of gaming I'm interested in. I've seen over the last 2 decades what MS can do to some perfectly good industries. Nintendo would be their next target.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials

Not really.

Nintendo still doomed?

lol....people would quit gaming thats funny...

anyways it would be a shame, but if their games become third party and sell on other consoles, it would be fine with me...

Yes, of course I would, Sony made the two best consoles ever for me, I would be sad to see them leave the console market, I grew up with the PS1 and PS2. Now, if M$ was the one to leave, I can't say that it wouldn't make me happy
