With the upcoming Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy Versus XIII, PlayStation 3 owners should not complain about the lack of Final Fantasy games on their console. Jammer genoeg zullen we op beide games nog minstens een jaar moeten wachten en waarschijnlijk zelfs langer. Unfortunately we will have at least two games a year and probably have to wait even longer. Gelukkig voor ons werd onlangs onthuld dat we binnenkort een nieuwe Final Fantasy game krijgen buiten bovengenoemde. Fortunately for us was recently revealed that shortly a new Final Fantasy game beyond above.

Het gaat hier om de game Final Fantasy Crystal Defenders R1. This is the game Final Fantasy Crystal Defenders R1. Deze game is reeds beschikbaar voor Iphone en Ipod Touch en krijgt volgens het Japanse magazine Famitsu een port voor PSN, Wiiware en XBLA. This game is already available in the Iphone and Ipod Touch and will be according to the Japanese magazine Famitsu a port for PSN, XBLA and Wiiware. Hopelijk krijgt de game nog een grafische upgrade van Square-Enix voor dat ze dit spel loslaten op het PlayStation Netwerk. Hopefully the game will get a graphical upgrade of Square-Enix that they release the game on the PlayStation Network. Hieronder zie je nog een filmpje van dit spel. I got word of this from an English website, for those of us not cool enough to speak dutch.

There is a new game coming to Wiiware, PSN and Xbox Live by the name of Final Fantasy: The Crystal Defenders. This is a port of an Iphone game, but shall be improved.

The Wii version is confirmed to have motion support and online features
The PS360 version has been confirmed to be an 'extended port' but no details added
