Im having trouble installing dark messiah on vista.  I pocked it up for 5 bucks and thought it was a bargain.  Anyway, the group of archives is: Menu_shortcut_SP  And the error is: acces denied.  I'd appreciate any help on this matter.

I trust tweakguides.com. I've used them before.

install steam
then activate it at steam (i can't remmeber if it asks you or what) but it's free since you already own it. It should then proceed to install and update etc. Or you could look around for updates and i would advice you to run it as administrator. (find the main folder and don't use the shortcut itself)

Else i dunno.

Oh yeah on another note. It's one of the best melee first person game EVER ! it's so fucking awesome your in for a real treat :D (only singleplayer though, multiplayer is.. meh)

^^ I got it :) I just had to install it as the administrator. Still this game is very demanding on my poor computer hehehe. I recomen that you get your hands on the first pirates of the caribbean game for pc, if you liked Messiah. It's a masterpiece.
