Well, some places you can be charged for attempted murder for trying (and failing) to commit suicide, which doesn't make sense to me. I suppose masturbating underage could sort of follow the same "logic."

And could you imagine schools full of kids who can't masturbate? All the guys trying to hide their hardons, but failing, since they can't do anything to relieve it. What a depressing school.

It wouldn't matter if that law existed a law is only relevant if it can be enforced and since 99% of males masturbate I'd like to see them try enforcing it.

This is not as far fetched as you might think. A lot of places still have the old Blue laws on the books, and while there not often applied anymore theres nothning saying they can't be. If the cultural/ poltical scales start to tip back in to a more conservtive mind frame, who knows what could happen.
