I sincerely doubt MAG is in Q2. We would have heard more by now. Q4 2009 is even a bit of a stretch, unless Sony has started being much more steathy with their announcements.

Also, I am upset that Catan is coming to PSN! I just spent my money to put it on my 360 instead, just the other day (I don't usually keep more than one of my 360 controllers charged... and I hate finding/buying AAs to stick in my 360 controllers). Dangit, now I'm gonna have to have it twice... I guess its such an awesome game it deserves 2 purchases, though.

Technically, this version of Catan is PSN exclusive. It's by Game Republic, not Big Huge Games, and has a much nicer aesthetic IMO.

IGN has them under the same listing. It also has Catan pegged only for Japan right now. Where did you see pics though because they don't have any on IGN.

I'm really looking forward to The Agency as a pleaseant Q1 surprise. Also Demon's Souls Q1 release in Japan, that's gonna be interesting. Was it confirmed it will have online co-op? I really think the industry should focus on more online multiplayer games that are somethng else than shooters. Console online MP generally means shooters, I'm frankly tired of that as I don't really mind playing much "run and kill the other bastard before he kills you" kind of games.

I don't even think I'll be able to afford all the retail exclusives I want to buy so i'll just ignore PSN this year...hey but where there's a will there's a way right ?

DC online and White Knight Chronicles should be amazin. Finally, something to do online besides shooting, shooting, shooting.

and I know there are some fine racing games and Street Fighter 2 HD Remix, but other than that, there's really nothing as engaging as online shooters for other types of games. So if you're not really a big fan of shooters, then online play is really not that big deal.

Sports games broham. Play some sports games. Madden and NHL games from EA have gotten increasingly good and our now top tier gaming experiences.

(edit: that's not to say I'm not interested in the other ones, just that I don't know too much about the other games to know whether i'll like it)

Burnout Paradise works very well online. If you host the game yourself, you can select from all the different play types and compete against each other. I thought the online sucked until I hosted the game myself and found out all the things you can kick off and try to accomplish.

I also doubt MAG is Q2 09. There is no way that Sony has such a massive game this close to release and we don't even know if it is a FPS or TPS.




If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy
