Metal Sonic includes Metal Sonic (Sonic CD, Sonic Adventure/DX Sonic Heroes, Sonic Rivals), Rocket-Metal Sonic (Sonic Championship/Sonic The Fighters), Neo-Metal Sonic (Sonic Heroes), and the Alias of "Mecha Sonic" (Sonic 2, Sonic 3, Sonic & Knuckles, In the stasis tube in Sonic Adventure/DX), and all transformation abilities.

Shadow includes all forms of Shadow The Hedgehog, aka "The Ultimate Life Form" and all transformation abilities. He can also use guns, but not vehicles...

Who is/was the better Anti-Sonic? Who would win in a 1 vs. 1 fight?

Shadow was cool when he was evil but when e turned good he became a panzy.

Metal sonic on the other hand...in sonic cd... takes the cake.

Shadow is one of the worst Sonic characters ever. He was only really cool in SA2 and that's about it. He can go to hell for all I can care.

Metal Sonic is and has been always badass.

Eh... I thought the same, But I finally played Shadow The Hedgehog (not all that bad), and Sonic 2006 (Terrible, but not not nearly as broken playing as shadow), and he was pretty cool in those games... Especially when he fights Mephelis... Sonic Heroes (better game), not so much...

I know my fave Metal Sonic is Neo-Metal though (pictured above) from sonic heroes...

I think all metal sonics are severely underappreciated as villians... They need to put him in another game, lol...
