^^ Vocal communication works if the talk is to the point and specific. Practicing together is a must.
Here are some ideas from the top of my head:

A] If there is a timezone problem we can split the clan to EU and US groups and the two groups can practice separately on the weekdays.

B] We fix a time one day in the weekend convenient to both EU and US for having a clan practice.

C] in actual clan match we try to play with separate US and EU squads.

These are just some random thoughts. I am sure guys can add more or suggest something else.

yea, I missed the first game today due to me not doing my time math right. I turned on the system thinking I had 1 hour, when I didn't I'm already in the second game though.

We had fun practicing togther right ocnkng.  Good times.  I don't think I have done so good overall as with you as medic behind me :)

Non-Gravity:  we get together for a practice and start up a 16 player round with 8 of us,  after the first match it should fill up with others.

well, I had two moments in that last round I'm semi happy with.

1) standing at the top of the stairs while we were in search & destroy defense and I shot 4-5 guys with the shotgun as they were walking up 1 by 1

2) throwing enough medic packs at the feet of our assassination target to keep him alive while everyone around him was dieing

Because of you we won assassination target mission, keep it up.

So did we win?

We didn't play uber but good enough to win 6-1.
and while you guys were guarding one entrance to the assassination target I was guarding one of my own :p. I even meleed to guys to keep them off.
