It was 5vs8 match, we could have been battered by anyone let alone over 100k valor points clan. Nord almost missed out and non-g and ssg as usual got dissconected early.

We could do friendlies at some regular time in the week but I don't know if enough people will care for that (8 would be a minimum)
I've got most of our members added on PSN, but most are Americans, some are temperarily unavailable, and others have never played with us before
We have this Sever09 guy in our clan but dont ask me who that is, hes got a low rank and seems inactive. Then we also have megaman2 who wants to join but has not managed to get a rank above the standard one yet.

nope, but then what are you proposing? We don't necessarily need to practice in the environment of 32 players

IMO, Clans only bond together through Vocal communication, and thats where this Clan fails through no fault of its own.
