Funny you mention that...

I have been testing it out for a few games now. It works well on s&r and the seek and destroy. I will have it unlockedd in a few hours to equip with any class...

I was thinking of something along the line of a man with the plan, directing the squad as he sees fit. If the squad leader has some sort of plan that he can get the others to stick to it might give tactics a better chance of succeeding (or at least having some :))
