Maybe it just means that we should be in the honorary rank(doesn't matter what color) for 4 weeks.

Moar people need to buy this game and inflate the numbers so more people can get in the 1 percent.

It is kind of tough.  Everyday people are scoring sick amounts of points killing bots from outside the map(Glitch).  It pisses me off but there is not fix for that is sight.  One deathmatch game I was in with four people and a guy came out with 130 points.  I didn't even see him the whole game :(
