We'll be playing unofficially in ~50 minutes, with a possible official match tomorrow night.
It seems he waited to long to challenge us, as there are time limits each day on when you can and cannot do this.

In the last 15 minutes I came up with this:

It could actually work. Go to the Forums and hit VGCe (VGCa is empty atm) and you will see a Sign up thread and a Fixtures and Teams thread. Basically if there ever is a match I (or a helper etc) could post about that match and list any signed up member. That thread is like a calendar.
In the sign up thread a VGC user should sign up for a match after looking at the fixtures thread, and he or she should do so by posting their VGChartz username and PSN ID. All other discussion should go on these forums.
It could work as in order to sign up a clan memebr simply has to look at the fixtures calendar, pick a match with free spaces that he wants to be in simply post that into the other thread.
Anyway, its up to you.

hmm.. we already have a clan matches thread. We shouldn't take anything off the forums as essentially... the clan is tied to this forum lol.

^I know lol, but we need to do something organised. Its getting quite difficult to select teams for clan matches and even the other night people were joining the tournament who weren't even signed up....

Mine is full as well except someone deleted me recently without my knowledge lol. You can choose to join games that other clan members are playing too not just friends.
