They have 25 members, 99% of them are active to my knowledge.

Lol, but I think your targets are a bit too high. Usually you fail your targets becuase when we all play, guys like RectumHumper and Pharoah can keep up with you,  and sometimes as can the likes of Me, Criminal916 and Stuade who can have really good games at times
