Ever since I heard that these games were coming out for DS, I have to now find my old copy of Dragon Warrior 1&2. Also it's not loading for me, so not sure if it's broken or not.

The first three Dragon Warrior games, in combination, had one of my favorite stories in any video game. The land of Alefgard, the "upper world", the lineage of DracoLord and the legend of Erdrick (aka Loto) still feel fresh in my mind.

They had better VII actually made me a fan of the series, so I was ticked that the remake of IV didn't come here.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
