Well my apologies then. I'm speaking from experience, since I found my current relationship in highschool and I'm currently in college. I think most women at least want to know that their man is well connected.

im currenytly still with my 1st boyfriend - who i started going out with 4 and a half years ago in school too, and im at uni now - i didnt care about how many friends he had. i appreciate that your partner might have cared about certain things, but as a girl, who talks to other girls about these things, i think im slightly better qualified :P true, the girls you hear about care for superficial things - connections, material possessions, money etc. but i know many more who would rather make their own of all those things. and just remember guys, sex ain't everything ;)

Yes, I get it. Caring about connections or money isn't superficial and there's certainly nothing wrong with it. I was just listing examples of things that are part of what girls want and not the deciders of what men they like. Don't insult me or my girlfriend. Unless you're dating a nice guy who's also ugly, has no friends, and isn't interesting whatsoever, then you're probably superficial as well (at least from your view).

dude, take it easy. i wasnt insulting you or your gf, just saying that not every girl is like that. and yes, i do believe it is usperficial to want someone purely for what benefit they can bring to you, so you dont have to go work for what you want yourself. basically, girls who want an easy life make me angry. but my apologies if i upset you? i was just saying, you dont need those things to be attractive.

lol its not a binary thing, it doesnt have to be either everything or nothing. sex is just one part of a bigger picture.. god, you guys are really desperate for answers, huh? :P

I'd rather say that a lot of people here are desperate for attention from a cute smile ;).
I'm starting to figure women out though... for instance if your comming to a birthday and you ask if they want a present they will probably say no, it's ok if you come without... Then ALWAYS bring a present.
If nothing is wrong, something is wrong. Go sit next to her, don't speak... let her speak. Then when she does, do not find answers but bitch and complain alongside her.
There are a few things I haven't figured out though - when you ask what she wants to do and she let's you decide, what is the best option? My picks generally tend to be not so good (my bedroom? Or "Death and Gore part 5" in the cinema?)

haha, you have us all figured out don't you? ...I don't like being asked what I want to do, cos I'm crap at deciding too.. when I say "I don't mind where we go" what I LITERALLY mean is "I'll go anywhere as long as I can be with you *cute smile*" :P oh, and death and gore 5 sounds awesome, haha :D
