Where do you get that info? I haven't seen any news where someone from Bioware or EA have said that they could port first ME game to other platforms than XBox360/PC. In first link they was only speculation about Michael Pachters analysis and that has nothing to do with Bioware or EA.

IP is owned by EA, but first games rights were Microsoft and they did make some agreement with EA about those rights, so EA could publish ME to PC. Probably deal with Bioware was similar what MS did make with Epic about GeoW. IP is owned by Epic, but MS owns rights to published game(s).

I doubt that MS would just give up it's rights to first ME game whit out any compensation from EA. It's possible that MS did settle to timed exclusivity, but it's impossible to know for sure like you guys are saying.

like microsoft hasnt gotten their hands on any playstation exclusives squilliam give me a break, i dont recall devil may cry on the original xbox or tekken or final fantasy, your eyes are only open when playstation gets one, but when microsoft snags 10 times as many you can look the other way

Good. God knows that's all M$ has done this gen was steal games.

ZenFolder said the PS3 has only sold so much because or brand loyalty and RRoD fear. I say the 360 only sold so much because of the paranoia surrounding any PS3 exlcusive about it going multi (MGS4 is still talked about every now and then) and because of it's cheaply made innards

why is everyone just ignoring that link in this thread???

another similar situation that alot of people seem to ignore or overlook is the fact that sony and rockstar still had a contract to make gta iv ps3 exclusive but sony let them get out of it..
