You think the game will sell better in the US rather than its most popular region (the EU) first week? Thats just insane lol!

More than GT4's opening week, but less than GT3's.

Well i have just had a look at the PS2 console numbers in the Others region when GT4 was released and the console had sold over 30 million in that region alone so i think we will all need to be a bit more conservative with our week one sales figures!

Userbase really doesn't mean much in this case, just look at GT3.

Yeah i suppose you might be right AE86... We will have to just wait and see anyway!

EU = 1.7 Million
U.S = 1 Million
JP = 400k

Total = 3.1 Million

THIS GAME WILL BE A MONSTER

I think thats a bit high. Realistically I'd expect 2.4-2.6 million.

Most people in this thread are really under-estimating this game.
