No problems at all buying used from gamestop. BluRays are very hard to scratch and become unplayable.

Eh, the controllers work well enough, but I don't think they have rumble. It'd be best to just check the shop that you buy at.

I had a Logitech PS3 controller via USB and hated it. Ended up buying another Sixasis. Normally I like Logitech stuff, but it didnt seem as responsive as Sony's controller.
