I can't believe Wii owners are hyping another Sonic game. When will people learn?

I can't belief you're reduced to trolling a Sonic thread just to take a jab at Wii Owners.

I can assure more Wii owners (myself included) think this game looks underwhelming than there are those who are excited for it. Either way you could have easily said: "I can't believe people are hyping another Sonic game." (which funny thing is no one in this thread really was before your comment in this thread), but no you had to stipulate Wii owners as an extended jab at the Wii Community as a whole.

Though, don't get me wrong, we do appreciate the constructive input of a 100% Sony fan on Nintendo related issue.

Did you just accuse me of trolling and then agree with me?
What difference woulds it make if I'd said "people" instead of Wii owners? The people hyping it are Wii owners because it's Wii exclusive. Dur.

And yes, I see it in every list of of Wii games to look forward to this year, so Wii owners (oh sorry, people. Wouldn't want to hurt your feelings again) are looking forward to it.

I agreed the game looked underwhelming, which is beside the point of what I called you out on, your needless penalization of the Wii fandom for a thread that hadn't even hyped the game before your comment. The fact so many people are taking issue with you on your comments is proof of your trolling. Face it, you stepped over the line here and now you're trying to feign defensiveness.

Oh and every list of Wii Games to look forward to? The only one I've ever seen is Soriku's and I hope you don't count mine since mine is merely for upcoming Wii games, regardless their value.

Your contributions on the site as of late seem to consist of bashing upcoming Wii titles, wishing Wii titles would be on an HD console or using that Wii title to hype an HD game related to it. You must be quite frustrated with the Wii as of late.

"Sonic and the secret rings" on the Wii was the best Sonic-game in years. Sonic Unleashed was very bad on PS360 and mediocre on the Wii.

But "Sonic and the Black Knight" is from the same team that made Secret Rings. So I hope this game will be as good or better than the precursor.

The Videos and Pics of Black Knight looks fantastic.

Sonic games have been mediocre to poor for a long time now. Even Sonic Adventure on DC, which garnered above-average reviews at the time, is looked on by many, in retrospect, as poor. Try to keep your expectations low for anything Sonic related. It still hasn't successfully made the transition from 16-bit, I doubt it ever will.

- "If you have the heart of a true winner, you can always get more pissed off than some other asshole."

@Ryudo LOL , something tells me that wasn't the first or the last time that pic 'll be used.

People need to learn.

Sonic is dead.

I still have a hard time believing that particularly bleak outlook that Andac gave for Sonic Team. They hit rock bottom with Shadow the Hedgehog and Sonic 2006, and they've been climbing back up ever since. I felt that, in his later days, Naka was the source of the problem, that it was his desire to take the series in those strange new directions that led to the rock-bottom titles

I don't know, to say that Sonic Team has become soulless doesn't seem to reflect their work, especially the very soulful Secret Rings and Black Knight, and, yes, NiGHTS 2 (i liked it, if nobody else did)

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

I heard that Naka wasn't involved with Sonic 2006 at all. I could be mistaken though.

I'm pretty sure:

On May 8, 2006, Naka left the group with ten other members of Sonic Team to establish an independent game developer, Prope.

Considering that the game was released in Nov. 14 at the earliest, he either wasn't involved, or left halfway through...

People, if you don't keep your development teams happy, the talent is bound to leave.
