Dude sorry to here it. As with any major OS change there are bound to be bugs that need an update.

There will probably be an update within a month.

NXE is so good, and what it can offer with future additions is far greater than either PS3 or Wii's OS, so as I said bound to be teething issues.

You sound in the minority though. I play Arcade games fine that Ive bought.

i was aware of a 3 year in NA not in UK.

Exactly.  That is why you always call tech support when your console fails before you jump to any conclusions and sell it off.  MS did not cost you money, like kowenicki said.... you cost yourself.

nope wrong, its the console that faulted, ive had trouble with 360 from my 1st purchase also.

its the most unreliable console ive ever had.

i wont be buying another one if this goes.

the topic of thread was regarding games going back to trial mode, keep to that please. not consoles warranties.

i swear down i was not aware of any eu 3 year warranty, only an na 3 year.

what i was saying earlier, the games have worked on my current console, and when i tried to play them again a few weeks ago they was in trial if u remeber i pm u about it. especially MBU ive had that for ages it was the 1st one i bought early 2007 i think.

and all the exchanged consoles ive had, when i plugged the hd back on it worked fine, il try the transfer thing hopefully it will work out.
