I dont have this issue yet. I did have a wierd issue that one of the XBL games didn't reckognize the controller. I had to redownload it... Stipid Alien Hominid...

I haven’t had that problem ,but then again I havnt played many live games as for the last couple of weeks I have been sucked up by fallout 3

When you re-download it instead of hitting continue or play now just keep pressing B until you completely leave the download screen and your back to the double dragon main title screen and bravo, you will now be able to play the full version.

I have a new xbox at home because i took my old one to work so i have to re-download any xbla games i have because a lot of my older xbla games are registered to my old xbox at work.

I just tested that method again hence classic megadrive sonic is my most recently played game.

Well get ready for a replacement PS3 controller because failing to hold a charge is an inevitability of batteries, and the PS3 controller battery is not replaceable like the 360's is.  Also, why did you purchase a new one?  Did you not get one repaired, or did you not sell your old one to make up some of the cost?  Also, just grab a set of rechargable AA batteries.  Those will be cheaper and better for your 360 controller.

@krs..................i had bought both marblle blast and double dragon on my last 360, obviously this is the same hardrive as i only needed to buy an arcade console, and they deffo worked before the nxe update. many users r having probs with nxe regarding thier past purchased games.

If you purchased the games on a previous console, you will need to transfer your licenses to the new console, as they are keyed to the serial number.  Instructions here:

Any new games you purchase on this console will be fine, as they will be keyed to that serial number.

thats bad, still in the XBLA ToS does it state anywhere similar to Window's policy on on your renting the software versus owning it? This might be an issue for you if try to fight Microsoft for the full versions again as they could say something happened but you were just renting the software from us.
