I chose the PS3, even though I have both now. I chose the PS3 first because I had the past playstation, and I really enjoyed the console brand and games. Never had an original XBOX, never really lighted my fire(if you know what I mean). The reason I got the 360 was because my friends have them and wanted to play online with them. I do enjoy my PS3 better!!

Well this is my story. I didn't think much of the Xbox 360 at one point because I thought it was going to be like the Xbox 1 all over again, meaning all Halo and nothing else worth seeing (and what there was worth seeing was available on the PC I had). I wanted a PS3 when it was in development, but the years that followed didn't really convince me.

Launch: $599?! WTF???? Not only that, but the only game that I was actually interested in at the time was the biggest flop in gaming history. By that I mean Mobile Suit Gundam: Crossfire.

2007: I was thinking about it, but the only game I was hyped for was Lair... And we al know how it turned out. The 360 was also becoming more interesting since more games were coming out for it than the entire Xbox 1's library had in forever.

2008: I heard about the price drops, but this year only two games came out for the PS3 I actually want to try, and I can live without. Looking at the Xbox 360, I saw a great deal more games I wanted to play.

I only had to make a decision, "Should I get a 360 and enjoy titles like Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey and others like Dead or Alive 4 and Ninja Gaiden II along with upcoming ones? Or should I get a PS3 and wait for God of War III and Final Fantasy XIII?" Then the deciding factor came after E3 when Final Fantasy XIII was announced for the Xbox 360. I decided then, "Xbox 360 it is then!" I also got it for Ace Combat 6 and Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts&Bolts, and I overall don't regret owning one. I also don't have a powerful enough PC anymore, so I can't play games like Bioshock or Gears of War.

And well going into 2009, there are a number of 360 games I want to get and only two PS3 games that I can just wait to play when the PS4 comes out. Just what I think, I think Sony will do things a lot differently next gen unless they're totally dim in the upperstairs.
