Seriously though, this could be an existing project that has been kept under wraps and worked on during breaks in the development of MGS4 -- so it could be for any unit. It could also be an expansion pack for MGS4. Or it could be something that uses the same engine.
I doubt it will be a handheld or Wii game -- that will be for 2010 along with another PS3 game.

he said he believes one game will be released this year, does not mention this is the game he is working closely on. so unless this is something he was working on during mgs4 development i doubt we will see his game, mostly because i think its a HD system game.
so thats why i think its just the iphone game

I think Kojima has stated they're planning to re-use the MGS4 engine. That's because developing a new engine is terribly expensive and the MGS4 engine seems excellent.
