HS Demo review from the escapist along with some comments on RE5 racsim. I think I just found a new favorite site.
No score, just impression (suppose I should have said impression instead of review-- curse not being able to edit my title).
Totally made worth it by the "I guess we won't have to start worrying about it [RE5] until they break out the fried chicken" line.
Oh...my...god. . . Trying to follow along in that video is crazy. The guy talks quite fast with few pauses, almost like he's mumbling or something. Either that, or he just sped up his dialog.
Anyway, he complained about some similarities to God of War with the button sequences as well as comparing Nariko and Kratos. Secondly, it sounds like he could have been playing it as a button masher as opposed to really trying to counter attack and the other stuff you can do in combat. He mentions button mashing and how his thumbs felt like they were going to fall off, which other people who have played the demo have the opposite opinion (not exactly about sore thumbs).
The guy didn't like the game and gave it as well as the short demo crap. However, by the way it's all put together, it's more funny than it is anything else.
Yeah, I liked him because he, unlike most reviewers, is clever/witty?
And it was an overall negative Kber, but not bad. He said it wasn't a game that would catch the world on fire but if you don't mind God of War you won't mind this game.

The line "she jumps around in her underdressed undernourished form spinning all over the place like a bunch of coat hangers in a dryer" also happens to be genius.
I'll have to watch it later...sounds cool though.
And I was gonna say...since when do people review demos hehe. Impressions, yeah.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release. (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )
it wasnt a review but more of an impression. he also takes some nice shots at Capcom - but I still both those game looking effing great!
He calls a review in the flash so that's what I'm officially going by now. :-p

With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.
Bet with Harvey Birdman that Lost Odyssey will sell more then Blue dragon did.
