Forums - Gaming - Oh no! Your totalitarian government will only let you play 5 (five) games!

Screw videogames, time to arm myself and start organizing so I can overthrow this totalitarian government.

I'm lost as to what your talking about, but sure, its like the article I saw earlier about the IRS examining a way to tax virtual commodities.

Taxing someone for something that isn't tangible - I could understand the transaction but whatever, to my ears this sounds like FUD, my response was directed toward the context of that government and nothing more. As it relates to the rest of the world, like I said I have enough money that this type of issue wouldn't affect me.

I'm Unamerica and you can too.

The Official Huge Monster Hunter Thread:

The Hunt Begins 4/20/2010 =D

1. Oblivion
2. Age of Empires II
3. Enemy Territory: Quake Wars
4. Dark Age of Camelot

Hmm... let's see, that is the best RPG, best RTS, best online shooter and the best MMORPG.

To get a complete gaming lineup I would need an adventure game or perhaps a platformer... or a classic arcade game by Capcom! So:

5. Gunsmoke

I refuse to answer this question on the grounds that if such an attack on my personal freedoms ever happened, I would be joining any resistance/freedom fighter group I can find to put the corrupt and over-reaching government back in its place.

So, are my beloved non-games such as Wii Fit and Wii Music subject to this law?

Hrmmm... have you read the OP?

edit: nvm. I see what you're getting at...

OT: Starcraft, WoW, SSBB, GH/RB (DLC?), Counterstrike (1.3)

1. Mario Kart Wii
2. Super Smash Brothers Brawl
3. Zelda Collector's Edition Disk
4. Super Mario Galaxy
5. Saving for next Zelda.

A little RPG heavy there, aren't you chap?   No other genres interest you?

And are you seriously going to replay Zelda: OoT more than 10 times?  Honestly now.  It's such a canned response for "greatest game ever" that I doubt you spent more than 10 seconds thinking about it.

Scientifically the results were very strong. Scientists all over the world are agreeing with the results, and the United States among other countries is limiting you to 5 games. Still a democracy.. but only 5 games.

Cs 1.6

Age of Mythology

Age of Empires 3

.... i only need 3.

Only 3?!  You're crazy.

Good choices, especially Quake Wars and AoE (why did I go with TF2?) but do you really think DAoC has enough content?  Other MMORPG's have more.  And do you *really* need a single player RPG and a mmorpg?  Why not a fighting game, or a music game?
