Granted, I just prefer not to speak in absolutes when it is possible to avoid doing so.

No problem. It was kinda sneaky of them though. When I first skimmed the PR release, I too wondered how they could spout such BS that easily and then I read it closer and deducted the real meaning.
NPD will show a drop in December 2008 over 2007. Sony will rehash the report they just released to show their year over year total increase. Which they did have.....they ended it with a really bad stumble.

I cannot wait for this. The Wii will be huge(3.6 million) as will the DS(3 million), I expect 360(1.4 million) will do very well and PS3 to continue its slide until its next price cut.
