how many of you guys care about trophies/achievements?

I care more about knowing I conquered the games main story. Like there is no way I am finding every flag in assasins creed! or re playing fable to get the achievement thing for each of the 3 ending decisions, most of thoes things are to tedious for me.

not challinging beat the first quest of fallout very chalenging the zombie genocididt in dead rising which i did so i do like them it shows that youve acomplished something in the game

I don't care about achievements x.x Now if I had lost my actual data I would be pissed, but an imaginary number I can live with. There's always going to be someone who spent more time playing than you, and someone who spent less.

This just sucks.

It is akin to having the memory of a game wiped out because you saved the game wrong.

While one could easily take a pot shot at the Xbox 360 here, I prefer to lament the fact that Microsoft continues to screw up an excellent gaming experience by having these problems. I have heard of similar situations relating to downloadable content for example. Hopefully it will get this worked out soon for all gamers.

Are you doing something then?  Using other peoples saves or something?  I'm just curious if you are losing gamerscore for no reason at all, due to a glitch, or if it's due to something that Microsoft considers cheating.
