15 days later and the leaderboards are still disabled. I'm getting the feeling they won't be coming back. And frankly it isn't much fun to play this game without any leaderboards.

While it does suck that the leaderboards are gone, I am not gonna stop having fun because of it. I only checked the leaderboards maybe twice since I bought the game.

I want the leaderboards back too. It's nice to see where you stack up with everyone else who is playing. Why did they get disabled anyway?

Not having the leaderboards is a little annoying but it might actually be better in my case. I used to check my ranking a decent amount of time. First I was happy just to get in the 20k bracket then I wanted in the 10k and right before leaderboards shutdown I was aiming at the 5k bracket. It may spare me a full blown addiction.

I sucked it up the first game Hyperion but the second game I came back strong.

I just wanted to inform you all that the Wii leaderboards may go offline starting tomorrow, January 28th 2009 for a few days as we perform maintenance. Any in-game leaderboard malfunctions during this period will be a result of this maintenance. It is important to note that all stats will still be collected despite the leaderboard maintenance.

We understand the inconvenience, and will be working to get them back online and fully operational again as quickly as possible.

You're probably better than I am, Sethnintendo. If you had the same amount of time put into the game as I do, you would probably be higher. What's your k/d ratio? Mine is 1.9ish I have no idea what my win ration is since the leader boards have been down for 2 years.
