Not having the leaderboards is a little annoying but it might actually be better in my case. I used to check my ranking a decent amount of time. First I was happy just to get in the 20k bracket then I wanted in the 10k and right before leaderboards shutdown I was aiming at the 5k bracket. It may spare me a full blown addiction.
I sucked it up the first game Hyperion but the second game I came back strong.
