I mean Resident Evil's are one of my fauvorite series,but now I have played half way to Dead Space,which really is scary game.Now we have Res 5 which haven't seen scary at all,more like shooting.Can it still somehow beat it? I think not in horror.

I just finished Dead Space, and it is one of my favorite shooters from  last year.
It isnt as good as RE4, but then , i really doubt even RE5 is gonna measure up to its predecessor.
As for horror, i agree, Dead Space , from what ive seen till now, is better.

resi ain't much about scary anymore so i would say it's like 2 different genres now.
dead space was primarily focused on kinda claustrophobic corridors and shit jumpin out and scaring you. also, u hardly see many enemies on the screen at once. Resi is like a run and gun with droves of zombies coming at you.

If RE5 is even nearly as great as RE4, it will be a masterpiece. Although the latest RE games are different from what they used to be and seem to be very different from Dead Space.

I prefer the older Resident Evil games but I still think RE5 will outdo Dead Space

RE5>Dead Space. I beat Dead Space a while ago. It's a great game no doubt, but RE always has a way of living up to the hype - for me anyway.

Dead space is good............. first time round.

But it just didnt have anything going for it to make we want to play it multiple times. (i played through a second time to mop up some missing achievements)

All resident evil games from the main series on the other hand are masterpieces and i have played all of them anything between 5 and 10 times.

Dead space....... Good

Resident evil......... World class.

Well, i´ve played 4 hours of Dead Space a while ago in a friend´s x360 and I must say that it was good but not that scary. Is more scary than RE4, imo, but I like the atmosphere in Bioshock and Fallout better. When I´ve played Bio demo I was jumpy all the time expecting something to happen, same way I am while playing Fallout. When I´m in the metro stations listening to distant sounds is creepy.
