Does anyone think that Sony has a chance at pulling up their sales? I would like honest answers not fanboy ones. I have all three systems and think each one is very unique in their own way. It makes me sad to see the PS3 being killed. I would like no negative replies.  -Reginthorn

PS3 aint doing bad, just ok. The reason why its only doing ok and not in line with competition is the Price. The software is there, PSN is nearly on par with LIVE, And some great Exclusive titles are soon to be released. Sony will drop the price when the Time is right. Have faith ;)

PS3 aint dying and will have a great year if GT5 gets out the door in time for the holidays. Price cut would help, but I dont know if one is needed just yet.

First, the PS3 isn't being killed. It's merely loosing.

Second, I do believe it's still possible for the PS3 to overtake the xbox, but sony has precious little time to do anything real about it. They need big changes, the right changes, and fast.

Depending on your view, it's doing all from very well to very bad. Here are some positive and some negative things about the PS3:

+ PS3 is still the best-selling third system in a long while (ever?).
+ PS3 is selling incredibly well for its price.
+ PS3 has some excellent exclusives
- Sony went from first to last
- PS3 is still not making Sony any real money.
- PS3 has lost a LOT of exclusives to microsoft.

As I said. It depends on your viewpoint.

Sony needs to get some wind back in their sails (ho ho, a pun!). It'll be interesting to see what they're going to do.

On a weekly or yearly basis? The answer might be different in each case, depending on when price cuts happen.
