Hello guys I have a friend who has a xbox360 and it got the ring of fire (or death) and fallowed the youtube video on how to fix your xbox360. None of them seemed to work for his. So what is the best way to go from here for him?

Call Microsoft. The towel trick is a temporary fix only anyways as there really isn't a way for you the user to fix the RRoD.

Send it to Microsoft. They fix the RRoD for free provided it's less than three years old, and your friend didn't void the warranty by opening it up like a mad manl!!

Calling microsoft is most likely your only alternative, hopefully he did not void the warranty by opening by the xbox and tinkering with it. If not, the arcade sells for 199.99!

If you are in warranty you are ok otherwise use one of the many RROD fixes on ebay, they work great. I would suggest the ones from team-xecuter, cause all their stuff is great. RROD is an easy fix. You will have to open it, which is easy with the right tools.

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

The only reason why you would want to "fix" his system is if the system has been tampered with. If its been opened or modded look on craigslist...in my city there are atleast 5 places that advertise on craigslist for fixing RROD. 50 bucks usually.
