Forums - Nintendo - Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles for £10.51

Elebits is wee worth a tenner - decent FPS controls matched to an original and enjoyable game.

Neat.

Also Game is having a sale it seems, a number of games are under £15.... I was considering Elebits for £9.70.

Elebits is £7.99 at Shopto.net. Add it to your cart for £8.99 then enter shoptovoucher2 at the check out.

It's a good game but annoyingly I can only play it for about 15 minutes at a time before I start to get a really bad motion sickness headache.

Well I don't buy stuff online with the exception of Amazon, and once or twice from Play.com (though they often seem out of stock of the things I want)
Even if I wanted to, the extra hassle of signing up to another website is not worth the £1.70 discount (assuming delivery is free)

And I haven't yet got motion sickness from any game... I imagine I would be fine with elebits (or isn't it eledees in Europe?)

Still, nice to know.... there is a thread on ONM similar to one you made a while back about finding cheap games.

They may not all be the cheapest for the whole of UK, but it's a good resource. Unfortunately The Godfather: Blackhand edition price is still pretty high to say it's a old (1.5 years) port of an older game, that didn't sell well.... My conclusion is that it must have shipped in very small numbers, and no one is letting go of their copies. Perhaps you can find it cheaper? you seem to be good at it.

And I though I was lazy :-p Or do you just not like giving your financial details to lots of different sites?

Yeah it's Eledees in Europe.

Afraid I haven't seen it any cheaper than that. I haven't found a 100% reliable site but I tend to check prices at www.gamestracker.com and www.best-game-price.co.uk

www.hotukdeals.com is good for bargains and voucher codes and www.myvouchercodes.co.uk lists a lot too.

Lots of places do student discounts like HMV's 10% off so it's always worth checking.

www.quidco.co.uk gives cash back on lots of purchases and you can collect Nectar Points by going via www.nectar.com I just got Guitar Hero: World Tour with guitar for £3.29 or something thanks to Nectar Points.

Well it is mostly because of the card details thing, which is why I said "even if I wanted to"

But it's not a laze thing because I have to get a train/bus to get to the nearest Game store (although if I am going somewhere already it's probably just a short trip out of my way) it's more an annoyance thing, having to go through sign up processes on the internet irritates the hell out of me, it's not so bad if it's just an email and name thing but for buying things it's not worth it unless I am saving a lot, which was the only reason I signed up to Play.com, I saved £10 from what I wuold have paid at Amazon for Chibi Robo (I think, could have been a different game, or slightly differe amount saved).
