It depends if i really enjoy the game, and the Story i just start doing it all over again. If i enjoy a game less then i leave it for a while, but i do not get stressed at all over video games.
| Soleron said: Have you ever played a game (especially handheld) for a few hours and progressed a long way, and then turned off the power without saving accidentally? I do this a lot, and often I don't play the game again because I can't stand doing a certain stretch again. I got Professor Layton for Christmas and just did this with about 20 puzzles' worth of progress and now I can't even turn on the game any more. I once did it with two gyms on Pokemon D/P, and forced myself to sit there for two hours again fighting the same trainers because I really wanted to finish the game. Does it happen to you, and do you play through the game again anyway? |
cant say i have any problem with game saves, i always save where I'm at in a game before i turn it off..
Yep, i'm a girl
Wow. Perfect thread for me. Me and my friend logged over 1,000 hours on final fantasy tactics advance and got every weapon, mastered every job, and had a full line-up of non-copied lvl 50's. It was awesome, until my friend overwrote the save file. How can you overwrite a save file when there are two save slots!!!!!!
I was actually so angry I couldn't talk, and when I finally regained the ability to think, I was over it.
I'm not kidding.
I'm not a fanboy, I just don't enjoy dual analog control. It's d-pad or wii-mote for me.
the conduit has changed the way wii play games.
I know. I'm sick of the puns too.

Best Games/Serie of the Generation
1 Swear
2 For the next day or two I play a really easy game, or one that I've already beaten
3 Go back to it and beat it in a much shorter time, or with a higher score cos I know what I'm doing.
The most frustrating thing happened to me with Rogue Squadron on the GC. Every now and again it says 'The memory card has become corrupted and needs to be formatted. Press A to continue' And if you press a once, it doesnt even ask for confirmation. I was skipping through some dialogue, and thus accidentally deleted all my save games. (The solution is to take the memory card out and put it back in... Then it's fixed magically)
I responded to that by replaying melee nonstop until I'd unlocked all but Mewtwo and G@W
it really got me once when I forgot to save after beating a days of ruin mission, i had been trying to beat that level for days for days.
