I understand what Peter is talking about, there is nothering that I am really looking forward to this year. There are alot of games but nothing to that will make me queue up to buy. But the UK looks good and with the sales of the 360 and wii over the last few months things can only get better.

Part of that money was mine although I'm not living in UK (British online shops have great deals, especially with the weak Pound lately). Buying consoles from amazon UK now gives a ~25% discount for European customers.

Sometimes I wonder what percentage of British gaming sales goes out to the EU. Unfortunately I have no idea.
