Don't make a thread to call someone out.  If you don't like what someone says, report it.  That's all you have to do because when you do something like this all you accomplish is getting yourself a warning or a ban.

And just another note, if you don't see anything done, it means one of three things:

1. We didn't do anything because we didn't feel anything needed to be done
2. We did something and warned in the thread or banned the user so you can see the result
3. We warned the user but didn't say the warning in the thread so you can't see the results

Don't send multiple reports on the same post or get pissy you don't see results.
